We can make sure that Sam the Attendant only eats a food object if the name of it is 'Meatloaf'.
In English this would be read as "If the name of the food is the same as 'Meatloaf'..."
And because it is, the conditional will pass and Sam will eat just fine..
However, C# is very picky about strings. They must be exact in order to be considered the same as(==). So let's change the Food name to something similar...
...and run the program. The conditional will fail because the string values are not exact.
