For this performance assessment you will plan, create, and evaluate a poster for a product . This poster will be used to market an agreed upon product.
1. Start by researching your product.
2. Brainstorm several ways to market your product on a poster. Choose the most effective idea for communicating your main ideas.
3. Create a quick sketch of your poster on a sheet of paper. Use this sketch to make sure that all of your ideas will fit on the poster without causing it to appear cluttered.
4. Ask another student in the class to evaluate the sketch, using the scoring guide.
5. Revise your sketch, if necessary, until you meet all of the criteria on the scoring guide.
6. Create a final copy of your poster using the PowerPoint template.
7. Create a 30 second ad using GoAnimate.
8. Submit your final poster, GoAnimate ad, and completed evaluation checklist in to Blackboard for feedback/evaluation.
