Instructions
1.Create a 2-way Pig Latin translator.

Pig Latin Rules: Take the first letter of the word, move it to the end of the word, and then add "ay" to the end. Ex: dog -> ogday, free -> reefay If the word begins with a vowel, add "way" to the end of the word. Ex: are -> areway

A Create a new console application that takes input from a user.
B The program should be able to translate a sentence from English to Pig Latin and from Pig Latin to English.
