7.1 Lab

1. Come up with a scenario around either a Software Development AntiPattern, or a Project Management AntiPattern of your choice. This should be written in Word document which:
1. describes the characters used in the scenario (e.g. Jane is the project manager, Bill is a software developer)
2. describes which AntiPattern is being illustrated
3. describes a scenario (think of it as telling a story) which clearly illustrates an AntiPattern
4. describes a potential solution to overcoming the AntiPattern described in the scenario
