Object-Oriented Programming 1: 3.3 Date Night Object Diagram

  1. Create an object diagram (coming soon)
    1. Download the starting code.
    2. 3.3 Date Night code (coming soon) (download)

      Note: This is the same starting code used in this week's class and sequence diagram assignments.

    3. Extract the contents of the zip file to the location of your choice.
    4. Set a breakpoint on line line number here of the file name here file. Start the application and click the button name here button.
    5. Create a UML object diagram to represent Harry and all of its sub-objects at the current point in the application. Include the values of each object's fields.
  2. Export diagram and submit to Blackboard
    1. Save the diagram by clicking File | Save in Violet.
    2. Tip: Ensure that Violet adds a .object.violet extension to the file when saving.

    3. Export the diagram by clicking File | Export to | Image file in Violet and exporting a .png file.
    4. Submit the diagram by uploading the .png file to Blackboard.
