2.2 Daily Stand-up

A key component of the Agile/Scrum methodology of software development is the daily Scrum meeting. Each team will conduct several such meetings in class later in the semester. In this weekly assignment, record individual notes that you might take into the meeting with you. Assemble the following three (short) lists in simple bullet form:

During the meeting, each team member answers three questions:

  1. What have you done since yesterday?
  2. What are you planning to do today?
  3. Any impediments/stumbling blocks?

As a team, during the duration of this class, you should be conducting brief (15-minute max) meetings on a regular basis -- if not daily -- to monitor/discuss your collective status of your project.

Please note that I am not looking for post-meeting summaries which can be a bad idea, but rather your individual preparation notes for one of these meetings. Write them quickly in a Word document and submit via Blackboard each week.
