Ok. so now your team should have some great user stories for the NTC Zoo. Now...how long are they going to take?

Every team member is going to make a set of cards. The cards you make should have the following on them...

• 1/2 Day
• 1 Day
• 2 Days
• 3 Days
• 5 Days
• 8 Days
• 13 Days
• 20 Days
• 40 Days
• 100 Days
• ?
• Picture of coffee cup

After everyone is done, come back together. Pick one person to be the "dealer". That person will be the stenographer. They will be writing down the ranges selected for each user story.

The goal of this exercise is to open up dialogue and begin to gain confidence in your deliverables and time frame.

Once done, zip up the directory containing the user stories (with the days estimations) and submit them.
