CD Collection - Your client has a large CD collection. They want a database that stores information about the CDs, where they purchased them, and the cost of their investment. Design the database, and enter the following information.

Your grade for Test 1 will be based on accurately completing the following tasks:

  1. Design the tables required to hold the data for the following system.
  2. Enter the required fields.
  3. Set data type, and length as required.
  4. Create forms for each table.
  5. Enter data in the correct tables for the information shown below.
  6. Create a report that shows data for: CD Number, Artist Number, CD Name, Date Purchased, Purchase Price, and Vendor Code.
