Overview/Purpose
This chapter explores the methods and requirements to add or change services, phones, and users on a Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) server. Three methods will be used to add phones: autoregistration, manual configuration, and the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT). Users will be added manually, using BAT, and using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) synchronization..
