Overview/Purpose
With previous chapters building the foundation for telephony concepts and a network topology, it is time to turn your attention to configuring the Call Agent. You will learn to configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME) using both the command-line interface (CLI) and Cisco Configuration Professional (CCP).
